its saturday again,i m in a holiday mood,i sawsome cute designs in ribbon embroidery,lets try some.

i wanted a small bag  which could be used as a pencil pouchor or a small cosmetic pouch.

so, i had searched in, and this is what i had made.

things u ll need-

1.2 rectangular pieces of printed fabric

2. a zipper 6 -7 inches

3. scissor

4.needles,thread[if sewing by hand]or a sewing machine

making-

take the 2 pieces of  fabric,turn the opposite sides together,

attach the zipper between it.

now, sew the sides,

i used 2 rectangular pieces  of  printed fabric,

more designs with satin stich n cross stich

satin stiches could also be combined with cross stich ,gives fabulous results

i was trying to re design my old pillow cover, so i chosed a design from an old magazine, i used red,blue,yellow green nblack,colours.completed it with satin stiches

how to re use your old jeans.

here is the process,bt sorry now i cannot show u an image.

1. u have to take out your jeans,then keep it horizontally.

.2. if u r a beginner , then ,cutboth legs equally measuring 6"x7".invert it.the portion showing stitches.

3.then sew the bottom of the cut portion of the first piece.

4. add zippers &a small handle to the other side.

5.open the chain re invert it.purse is ready.u can also sew a readymade mottiff at the front.

today,I was sitting lazily at home watching the rain falling.there was nothing to do exactly as i had planned to go for shopping bt  .... rain spoiled everything.                                                                                                               then i decided to arrange my  wardrobe.u know i found  some old t-shirts,jeans.chunnis.i dont want to throw them. so i had made a tote bag ,a small purse with it .
